This is a small tidbit that came in a newsletter discussing “A Formula for Change”. I thought it was a good way of stating that there is often “never a good time” to do some things – but they should be done anyway. I think this has all kinds of applications all the way from being more organized, learning a new skill, or exercising more……to going back to grad school, taking a long vacation, or moving to a new house.
Plan Flexibly. It's tempting to wait until the holidays have passed or a stressful project is over to make changes, but any “optimal” time for change is short-lived, since Real Life always bursts onto the scene to make a mess. Roadblocks are the rule, not the exception. Successful plans accommodate an imperfect reality.

Sounds like someone has put to words 'life as normal' in most households now. Flexibility, and realistic and flexible expectations are a must. Have a great day!
Will you forward this to all the New Year's Resolutioners at the gym? Seriously, every year the gym is packed for a month and every year we are annoyed and every year come Feb/March, it's back to normal!
