This is an awesome toy if you're looking for something for someone who takes a bunch of digital pics but never gets them to the computer. The Eye-Fi SD memory card has built in wireless and can connect to your home network (or others) and automatically transfer the pics to your home PC or a secure account on the web. You can even have it automatically upload photos online for sharing on Facebook, Flickr, Kodak Gallery and more...
You don't need a special camera either...it probably works with the camera you already own. My favorite feature is that certain cards can connect to ad hoc networks - which means, I can be travelling, snap a quality pic with my camera (instead of my camera phone), use my wireless ad hoc network on my Windows Mobile phone and blog about the photo!
