Things I've Learned

I've learned quite a bit while Jan has been away:

  1. A four year old will stand very still in a butterfly exhibit with his finger out for a long time in hopes that one will land on his finger (bless his little heart, one never did).

  2. A child's guitar slung over their shoulder can be used exactly like a cat's whiskers - just to see if the space is wide enough to fit through!

  3. Kids can live on cereal alone (just kidding Jan).

  4. Loud music and crazy (bad) dancing makes kids giggle uncontrollably

  5. Dad's food on his plate always tastes better then whatever is in front of them (JOEY DOESN'T SHARE FOOD!)

  6. This simpler the toy the more the fun

  7. Balloons can entertain kids almost as long as bubbles
