Small Changes

Not much exciting happening lately. It has been almost exclusively taping and mudding so the look hasn’t changed much. I believe they will be done with that either Tuesday or Wednesday this week. While I was away this weekend they put on the gutters. I really like the look of the seamless ones.

This week I will be trying to clean up the house (floors, wipe the wall, etc) to get it ready for painting. We are having a painting party sometime Saturday so if you are interested it coming – bring some equipment and feel free! :) Send myself or Jan an email letting us know you are coming and we will give you all the info (when we come up with all the info).

We are trying to get two coats of primer on the walls and ceiling this weekend. Next week we will have all the duct work cleaned out so they can install the air exchanger. They can also install the kitchen cabinets since the walls will be primed. Then we need counter tops so they can do finish plumbing work.

After we paint they can do some of the finish electrical work also (light fixtures, recessed can trims and outlet covers).
