After the crews left on Friday we went out into the semi-smooth sand and drew out the floor plan! It was nice to get an idea how much space is out there. It won't be wide open spaces, but we will be able to see all the way through the addition (few walls). We are moving the kitchen and living room down to the new wing (as well as a new ground level entry, mud-room and 1/2 bath). Then we are converting our current kitchen and living room (upstairs) into a laundry room, new master bedroom, and master bath. Jan and I can't wait to be able to have friends over and not feel like you have to stand 5 inches from everyone!

We started packing up the kitchen today, I got all of the stuff from above the cabinets packed up. Whoops - that reminds me, we better take some before-pictures inside! I already took the furniture in the kitchen and living room out! Oh well.
Well time to go to bed - I have to take siding off tomorrow.

Yes - we are done taking siding off. I'll fill you in later today once I get home to see what they've done.
I really like the before and after pictures because I had already forgotten how it looked before you started.
